i heart macro: Leaping Lizards!

Forgive me if I've posted these before.   I did actually go out in the rain today and took photos of early Spring, but my camera kept  acting up, so I came back inside to see what I might have taken before you hadn't seen.  I'm not sure if I've shared these before, but they are so bright and cheerful, I thought I would risk posting again.

They make me smile.  Hopefully they will make you smile too!

These are magnets,
and my cork bulletin board
has a magnetic layer so they work here too.
I like how this one seems to be
climbing up over the edge for a look!

This one is crawling sideways,
 just "exploring" a bit!

I've had these magnets quite a while and no longer remember where I got them, but they are one little purchase I've always been happy I made!

P.S.  If you scroll down a bit you'll see a few new jewelry photos from my new Celtic collection!

Sharyl, those lizards are adorable!! Love the celtic jewelry, too - the necklace is very pretty. I like the angles you got on your macros - very nice shots!!

Those lizards are so much fun!! I love their brightness and whimsy. I'm sure they brighten your days when you look over at your cork board.

Couldn't respond to you by email for some reason. So:
I was actually just inches away. I kept getting closer with each shot to see how long he would stay. Of course, he thought he was invisible and stayed pretty long as you can see.
Love the lizard (magnets) on your blog! Cute title too! Wish I had thought of it. Though I think mine is a salamander. lol

Carol D.--Hope you don't mind that I've published your note, but I wanted to share your photos with the others. I'm including the link below--such amazing closeups of a lizard/salamander! I hope folks will take a look!

P.S. Mine are probably lizards/geckos anyway! Ha!
